My Story
A career spent unlocking what teams are capable of.
I am a technology pioneer who has led cutting-edge software projects across many disciplines — today at the intersection of AI and large-scale infrastructure. I have directly managed more than 100 engineers, and led organizations through which nearly 1,000 engineers have grown. Along the way I have been awarded more than thirty-five patents and helped build products used by billions of people.
What I care about most is people — and that is exactly why leadership now matters for everyone. As AI turns each of us into the lead of our own network of agents, the skills that once belonged to managers become the skills every builder needs. I mentor emerging leaders, advise founders, and co-founded The Laundry, a San Francisco experiences incubator.
